A sound-bite from the BBC World News on Good Friday, 2013.  A young lady in New York giving her opinion on the current highly popular, five-part, ten-hour film on U.S. TV, The Bible.  She likes it.

So far, the success of the series may be gauged from the millions who have watched each episode (13 million for Part 1).  Shortly the U.S. cable-viewers will be joined worldwide by a viewership we might call Legion, thanks to the DVD in the works.  A novel based on the series will also be published.  The Bible has long been the most popular book on the planet. The screen version will inevitably increase readership of the Biblical stories and no doubt their credibility.  They look so real, so authentic.  A new challenge for people like me.  Anyone interested in financing a movie version of these Reflections ?
